is owned and operated by Dave Eschenbach in Sarasota, Florida. He has been in the Sarasota carpet cleaning industry for over 20 years and became certified in the care of fabric of all types. He founded Real Steam Carpet Cleaning in Sarasota, Florida; One of the first companies to use truck mounted cleaning machines in the state of Florida.

Dave is an I.I.C.R.C. certified cleaning specialist. Greenway Carpet Care is a certified firm with I.I.C.R.C. (Co. # 175912), a member of Ethical Services and an honored member of Business Network International.

Dave Eschenbach has lived in Sarasota, FL since 1967 and graduated from Riverview High School. He has two sons, one step-son, and two grand children. He and his wife, Bobbi, enjoy their music business Steppin’ Out Entertainment, and are involved with various music and global food ministries.
